Low-energy dormitory as a showcase project for the future

A student dormitory in Trier is to be modernized and refurbished for improved energy efficiency. Additional floors will also be added.

The pioneering construction project is to be a wooden structure, which not only provides environmental benefits, but also makes the architectural design both contemporary and sustainable. As well as optimizing energy efficiency, the redesign will provide more comfortable living conditions for the students. The wooden structure not only gives the building a modern appearance – it also underscores a commitment to environmentally friendly construction.

LOGO has been tasked with conducting the EU-wide call for tenders for the planning services and project management.
